Tomato Vinaigrette Looking For Lost Tortellini Salad Recipe?

Looking for lost tortellini salad recipe? - tomato vinaigrette

I know I had tortellini, lettuce, basil and dressing very well and perhaps tomatoes. May have been power, but not on the website.

DIJON TORTELLINI SALAD

3 / 4 cup vegetable oil
3 / 4 cup red wine vinegar
1 C. Gray Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 / 2 c. Cream or half and half
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs. Meat tortellini, cooked and cooled
5 c. Broccoli, blanched
2 1 / 2 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
1 / 3 cup green onions, sliced
Mixed Salad
2 v. Tea. Italian seasoning

In blender or food processor, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, cream, garlic and Italian seasoning and mix well. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, broccoli, tomatoes and chives. Add dressing to cover and throw. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve on a bed of lettuce of your choice

1 pound of uncooked dry cheese, cakes filled with egg
1 / 3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1 / cup balsamic vinegar 4
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (or 2 tablespoons dried basil)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper 1 / 8 tsp tea
1 package can be halved cherry tomatoes,
1 lettuce, shredded

Cook the tortellini as directed on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

The remaining ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce in medium bowl.

Add tortellini and tomatoes, stirring and mixing well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Stir again before serving with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
